Account and pilot terms
Creating an account gives the verified owner access to the onboarding workspace and the ability to request a managed Lucent Drift hostname. It does not create a hardware order, paid subscription, or service-level commitment.
Pilot scope
Hardware compatibility, assigned-edge placement, pricing, delivery timing, and operational scope are confirmed separately before an active pilot begins.
Safe operation
You must be authorized to manage every enrolled device and network. Capability-gated controls reduce risk but do not replace change-management, physical recovery planning, or carrier obligations.
DDNS
A managed hostname supplies stable naming. It does not guarantee inbound reachability, bypass carrier NAT, or establish an overlay connection.
